The Design Blueprint is designed for clients planning a renovation who are seeking expert guidance and architectural design direction without the commitment of full-service interior design.

The first step in every Design Blueprint project is a focused Discovery Session, designed to help us understand your home, your goals, and the level of support your project requires.

During our 60–90 minute conversation, we'll discuss your existing space, renovation goals, timeline, budget, and vision for the project while determining the best path forward for your home.

Following the session, you'll receive a custom proposal tailored to the scope and complexity of your renovation.

Design Blueprint projects typically begin at $3,500.

Discovery Session Investment: $750

Should you decide to move forward with a Design Blueprint within 30 days of your session, the full value of your Discovery Session will be credited toward your project investment.
